  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Returns Process

  • Please contact our customer support at support@ottocast.au within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  • Our customer support team will provide you with the necessary instructions and address for the return.

4. Refunds and Replacements

  • We offer a 30-day return policy from the day of product delivery.
  • Upon approval of your return, you can choose either a replacement device or a refund.
  • For direct exchanges, any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

  • In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

7. Warranty
