- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Returns Process
- Please contact our customer support at support@ottocast.au within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Our customer support team will provide you with the necessary instructions and address for the return.
4. Refunds and Replacements
- We offer a 30-day return policy from the day of product delivery.
- Upon approval of your return, you can choose either a replacement device or a refund.
- For direct exchanges, any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
